This establishment, which occupies the former palace of the Marqués de Caro, is recognized as the first hotel-monument in Valencia. Rehabilitated by Francisco Jurado and Francesc Rifé, it preserves original elements and numerous archaeological remains, which make it an original five-star hotel.
